The developers of Press A ("Press A," "we," "us," or "our") provide a fully on-chain gacha game and related interfaces (collectively, the "Service") via https://PressAtostart.xyz. By connecting a wallet or using the Service, you ("User" or "you") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect 14 days after posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
a. Entertainment Only
Press A is a fully on-chain entertainment game deployed on Soneium blockchain. All game items (NFTs) are designed exclusively for in-game use and have no real-world monetary value outside the game ecosystem. This is NOT a gambling, betting, investment, or financial platform.
b. No Native Token
Press A does not issue, distribute, or endorse any native token or cryptocurrency. The only accepted payment method is USDSC (a third-party stablecoin) used solely for in-game purchases. We have no control over USDSC and are not responsible for its value, availability, or functionality.
c. No Cash-Out Mechanism
There is NO official, endorsed, or affiliated mechanism to convert in-game items, NFTs, Ticket tokens, or any game assets into fiat currency, cryptocurrency, or other forms of value. We do not operate, sponsor, endorse, or facilitate any secondary marketplace, peer-to-peer trading platform, or exchange service.
